We would like to ask you to direct your requests for service to the service center. There are expert there who can assist you quickly and competently.

When you call our service line, please have the following information at hand: inverter type, serial number, communications equipment, errors shown.

If you cannot reach us directly, we will gladly call you back. For this purpose, please leave your telephone number on the answering machine. Here, you also have the option to explain your situation briefly.

Please include a date for the collection of defective devices when you will be at home.

Please retain the box in which we sent you the replacement device to be used for returning the defective device.

When you communicate with us in writing, try to always include the serial number of the affected Sunny Boys or Sunny Boy Controls.

In the case of devices which have been subsequently modified, use the opportunity to send us these and have them repaired.
