The yield of your PV system is very important to us. If a product of the Sunny Family should fail, we will do everything to solve the problem as quickly as possible. We normally send out a replacement inverter within 24 hours.

All replacement inverters are technically up-to-date. In this way we ensure the trouble-free operation of your system.

Replacement inverters are typically shipped within 24 hours of receiving the request and will by installed by your solar technician.

Sunny Boy inverters come with a standard 10 year warranty. Please retain a copy of your original receipt to confirm configuration and installation details.

SMA America has a staff of field engineers to assist you on-site with the installation or service of your Sunny Central inverter. The Commissioning of your Sunny Central by our team of field engineers helps ensure high energy yields and long term trouble free operation of you PV system.

Each SMA inverter comes with a standard warranty. Extended warranties are also available. Please see the individual product sections for specific details.
