• In case that the line is busy please leave your message and telephone number on the answering machine of the hotline describing your request as briefly and precisely as possible. 
• Please address your service requirements directly to the service center and avoid a detour via other departments of our company. 
• Please tell us a date for collecting the defective device on which you are surely at home. 
• Please keep the packing of the exchange device for return transport of the defective device. 
• In case of correspondence with us please specify as alsways as possible the serial number of the concerned Sunny Boys or Sunny Boy Controls. 
• Please use the possibility of returning and repairing those devices that have been changed subsequently.
