Since 2019, the SunSpec Certified program for Rapid Shutdown has verified compliance to the SunSpec Communication Signal for Rapid Shutdown Functional Specification (“rapid shutdown”) to meet the requirement established by National Electrical Code (NEC) 2017/2020.
