SMS Terms of Service

Program name: SMA America Recruiting Messages, operated by SMA America, LLC.

• When you opt in to receive SMS messages from SMA America, LLC, we may send you messages related to your job application, including application status updates, interview coordination and confirmations, reminders, requests for information needed to progress your candidacy, and other recruiting communications. These messages are transactional and conversational. We do not send marketing or promotional messages.

• You may cancel the SMS service at any time by replying with any of the following industry standard keywords:

  • STOP

  • STOPALL

  • OPTOUT

  • CANCEL

  • END

  • QUIT

  • UNSUBSCRIBE

  • REVOKE

• After you opt out, we may send one final text message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. No further recruiting SMS messages will be sent unless you opt in again. Opting out of text messages does not withdraw your application, and we will continue to communicate with you by email and telephone as needed.

• To opt back in, reply with any of the following industry standard keywords:

  • START

  • UNSTOP

  • YES

• Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.

• Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary. Contact your wireless provider for details.

• Consent to receive text messages is optional and is not a condition of submitting an application, of being considered for any role, or of employment with SMA America, LLC. You must be the subscriber of the mobile telephone number you provide, or be authorized by the subscriber to consent on their behalf.
